Best time to visit Nepal is October November and March April and May for hiking. July and August is monsoon time in Nepal. Weathers are unpredictable in the Himalaya and road can be block anytime due to flood and landslide.

If you are coming for day program in Terai, southern part, we suggest you to avoid the month of May and June because of the hot air in the region. If you are coming for hike or some research in the high mountain, we suggest you to avoid January and February. There are high chances of snowfall and extreme weather condition.

It is always a best idea to hire a car or a local guide if you are coming for the first time.
